Purpose of collection: To inform about product launches and general news about our company and products.

Category of information collected: We collect e-mail and potentially name at registration. We also register the session IP and time of completed form.

Recipient of personal data: Information is transferred (not passed on) to Klaviyo, which is our provider of newsletter management software. Information cannot be used by Klaviyo without our involvement – we dictate how data is to be processed by the system.

Storage of data: We store data indefinitely until the user actively unsubscribes from the newsletter. This is possible at each mailing (unsubscribe option is at the bottom) or by contacting us using the information given under the section ‘Data responsible’. “

Contact via contact form

Purpose: When a person fills out our contact form, we use data to contact the user, as the purpose is the desire for contact.

Category of information collected (name, e-mail): We collect name, e-mail, country and message. We consider country as important information, because our products will be distributed in multiple countries.

Recipient of personal information: Personal data from the contact form does not leave the company – this data is sent directly to an internal employee whose responsibility is to process the request for contact.

Storage of data: We store data indefinitely so that we can always go back in each correspondence and provide a good long-term service to the interested persons / customers who may have a continued interest in our company and products. If data is to be deleted in advance, please contact us using the information given under the section ‘Data responsible’.
