These Conditions are only available in English.

The terms and conditions apply to all consumer purchases made via our webshop.

Please be aware that each purchase is for retail sales to private consumers only. To place an order, you must be of legal age, 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and have legal access to one of the payment methods which we accept.

By accepting a purchase from us, you accept our general terms and conditions that apply at that time, and you hereby confirm that the information you provide is correct.

Our terms of purchase are subject to change, and we have the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions. All changes we make will take effect after the changed terms and conditions have been made available on our site.

Products

Our products are CE marked, which means that they are tested and meets all the legal requirements for CE marking and can be sold throughout the EEA (27 EU member states and 3 EFTA countries (until 31 December 2024)).

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of products and services is carried out only within EAA countries (until 31 December 2024) on the below list. The content of the webpage listing the countries may change and Martins Tech Garage does not guarantee continuous service in the countries mentioned on the webpage listing.

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 weekdays.

The possible delivery methods will appear when the delivery address is entered correctly. Delivery times and prices depend on where you want the package delivered to and which delivery method you have chosen. Delivery time and price for delivery to the address you have entered will appear before you make a purchase.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euro, including VAT. Prices do not include shipping and other costs before you have chosen a delivery and payment method.

Martins Tech Garage accepts European issued cards and mobile payments: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay. The payment will be processed once your product is shipped.

Martins Tech Garage uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your payment information is safe with us.

In pre-order situations, payment will not be charged before shipment.

Guarantee, Right of Cancellation and Returns

Guarantee

When you make a purchase, you have the right as a consumer to submit a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or changed, get your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You need to submit your complaint to us within “reasonable time” after you discover the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs for the return.

If you are in doubt about a complaint, please send a description and one or more pictures of the product to info(at)martinstechgarage.com.

Right of cancellation

You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the product.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. And you always need to provide your order number and your contact information.

You must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise the right of cancellation. Also, the product must always be returned to us in the unbroken original packaging. Otherwise, you risk losing the right of cancellation.

You must pay the costs associated with returning the product. If the package is returned from the package shop using a return code, e.g., because you have never picked up the package, this costs a return fee which will be deducted from the potential refund amount.

Returns

If you have a justified complaint or regret the purchase (exercise your right of cancellation), the product must be returned to the address under section 1.

The item must always be returned to us in the original packaging and include all accessories. Returns may be rejected if product does not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. Also, so that we can refund your shipping costs if the item is returned due to a justified complaint.

We will never accept packages sent by CoD (Collect on Delivery).
